What materials are your kimonos made of? Our kimonos are crafted from treated polyester, ethically sourced fabrics, and sustainable blends. Each piece is meticulously sewn in Tunisia, ensuring both quality and ethical production. Our supplier has the following certifications:
Certified OEKO-TEX Class 1.
Certified GOTS (GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD).
Fairtrade International.
How do I care for my kimono? To maintain the quality and longevity of your kimono, we recommend machine washing at a maximum of 40°C with a mild detergent.

For a fresh, polished look, lightly iron as needed.
Do you offer custom sizes or alterations? No, our kimonos are designed with a unisex fit and a relaxed, loose style that comfortably suits sizes XS to XXL.
What sizes do your kimonos come in? Our kimonos are one-size-fits-most, with a comfortable fits sizes and shapes from XS to XXL. Please refer to our size chart for specific measurements.
Where are your kimonos made? Our kimonos are proudly made in Tunisia. We maintain strong relationships with our partners to ensure ethical production and high-quality craftsmanship.
Are your kimonos ethically produced? Yes, all our kimonos are produced ethically. We are committed to fair labor practices and sustainable production methods.
Can I track my order? Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Do you offer gift wrapping? No. But our Kimonos are already well packaged for these types of occasions. Hence they are already beautifully wrapped and ready for gifting.
Do you have a physical store? Currently, we operate online only, which allows us to offer our products to a global audience. Stay tuned for any future pop-up events or collaborations.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. You can select your preferred method at checkout.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders? As we establish our brand, we are focused on building a solid foundation. Currently, we do not offer wholesale or resale options. However, we may explore these opportunities in the future. For inquiries, please contact us at info@fiahki.com.
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fiahki.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed. Please keep in mind it's not possible to change your order after it has been shipped.

Do you ship to my Packstations? Yes, we ship to Packstations within Germany. Please provide the necessary address information during checkout.
Where is my package? Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Our shipping partner will also send you an email to announce the package, allowing you to specify your desired delivery location or change the delivery day.
One of my items arrived damaged. What do I do? Oops! We're really sorry about that. For defective or damaged items, please reach out to info@fiahki.com, and we'll send you a replacement right away!
Can I return the product I ordered? If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the order date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
What is your refund policy? We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at info@fiahki.com.
When will I receive my refund? If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fiahki.com.
How do I exchange an item? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What if I have a question that’s not listed here? If you still have questions about shipping, returns, or anything else, you are welcome to contact us via the contact form or send an email to info@fiahki.com.
What happens if my return is accepted? If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I return sale items or gift cards? Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
